Today morning when I opened my website www.dbappweb.com, got the above message as shown in the below screenshot. I had accessed my website at night then it was working fine.

 

My website is hosted on www.bluehost.com and the domain registrar is BigRock Solutions Ltd.

 

Reason

I contacted my hosting provider BlueHost, they told me that the IP address for my domain www.dbappweb.com has been changed at their end. I need to update the IP address of A records in DNS details for my domain www.dbappweb.com on BigRock Solutions Ltd.

 

Solution

I logged on to BigRock Solutions Ltd. and changed the IP address for A record in DNS details. TTL was defined as 14400 seconds (04 hours) but after one hour I checked my website and found that the issue was resolved and it was working fine.

• Now, www.dbappweb.com is opening without any problem.
