Problem

I was in a meeting on Microsoft Teams when I shared my screen it had serious constant flicker which not only I see but other persons also were able to see at other ends. I was working on Windows 10 with Microsoft Teams app.

Reason

It was due to the sharing of the screen under the category WINDOWS.

Solution

The screen sharing option shows many tiles to share. These tiles come under two categories Desktop and Window. Make your selection for the screen you want to share under Desktop not Window. This selection made my screen not flicker anymore.
